CORE’s PinPoint is a battery powered, magnetic pinspot lamp with a bright adjustable beam from very narrow to wide 4-45 degrees. It can be used to light and highlight objects such as floral centrepieces, paintings, sculptures, music, instruments, mirrorballs, or even to shine a narrow beam to highlight a pathway.
The IP65 rated housing allows the PinPoint to be used both indoors or outdoors regardless of the weather. Its variable beam adjustment and adjustable angle neck make the unit extremely flexible at close distance or longer distance from the subject. The PinPoint can be placed discretely out of of sight thereby increasing flexibility for positioning whether that’s on a convenient magnetic surface, shelf or other surface. It can be controlled/dimmed from the on-board switch or via Bluetooth using the CORE Lightdesk App.
The light beam is a very bright 300 lumen warm white (3000K) easily focused on the subject, and the base of the fixture utilizes a very strong rare earth magnet to enable it to stick to any ferrous metal (steel) object. Alternatively, it can be mounted with a clamp using an M10 thread in the base. The PinPoint will operate for up to 12 hours at full output, and more than a couple of days on minimum setting.
